Counseling Investment
Therapy is expensive. Although I find it is helpful to think of it not as an expense, but as an investment, and as such, the potential for the benefits to be repaid are enormous. While cliche, it is hard to put a price on happiness and a life well-lived. Objectively, we are often reducing our addictive behaviors, such as purchasing drugs and alcohol, shopping, gambling, over consuming food, and always needing to fill the void inside us with something on the outside, so it is likely you will end up saving a lot of money overall.
I value our time, and my time, and always strive to maximize the potential for growth and insight during our sessions.
